Obama haters take note: this IS the very type of case provided for in the NDAA that so many of you vilified the President for signing. The surviving bomber deserves whatever he gets, and he’s going to get a bunch of charges, and I sincerely hope he never sees the light of day again. But don’t lose sight of the fact that he IS an American citizen, and he’s not being Mirandized, and he’s going to be questioned, and he may or may not ever get to trial. He may even get himself Gitmoized — I don’t know. The fact is, the government is doing precisely what you want, and it’s provided for in NDAA, and you hate NDAA for its authorizing what is happening to the bomber right now. Reality is a cruel master.
